The following comments regards polar bear, is a perfect illustration as to the bold arrogance of enviros who, with their scolding threats, lies, demands, and lawsuits, are destroying America. Center for Biological Diversity’s website does not contain one word from the thousands and thousands of pages of credible science which lay out facts as to why the polar bear does NOT need to be listed.

This court victory leaves the administration in a quandary it has long sought to avoid: it must either acknowledge the threat to polar bears from global warming and list the bear, paving the way for the Endangered Species Act's strong regulatory provisions to address greenhouse gas emissions, or refuse to list and face yet another court battle that it almost certainly cannot win.
