Below is a link to a property rights magazine being published by 3 property rights groups around the country, the issue linked below has two articles about the Trans Texas Corridor - a massive toll road project starting in Texas, which has caused loss of property rights and value for all the people in its path.

The TTC, is  a massive project compared to the PFPE, but the similarity of the plans is hard to ignore.  ie "the road goes somewhere, but no where we want or need to go".. https://www.stewards.us/index.htm
