Senator Allard,

Please disclose the reason you support the Army's quest to take over the Southeast corner of Colorado.  Does giving around $17,000,000 to the Nature Conservancy to co-partner with the Army on land acquisition have anything to do with it? 

Since TNC claims they will not get involved with any project that involves eminent domain, they now have quite an unsused portion of that 17 million; will you ask them to return that money to the people they got it from, i.e. we the taxpayer?

Nevada is far more like Iran/Iraq.  What tools does Senator Reid use, to block Army from locating there, and can we school off of Senator Reid?
