Tutoring Geese

Today there were several news paper articles about fertilizers linking to deformities in frogs.

Because ducky poo, goose doo and other wild water fowl foul  is made up of parasite and disease bearing nitrogen and phosphorus which also deplete water of oxygen, we need a program to tutor these rude fowls not to foul our waters. 

We need "NO FLY OVER" zones and  "NO FOWL FOUL" campaigns.
