Subject: Interior right to end no more wilderness policy" by Chuck Sylvester

Dear Denver Post,

Your December 29th editorial indicated your support of DOI Secretary Salazar's " end no more wilderness policy."
How can you give carte blanche support to something that isn't even clearly defined?
Over the past half dozen years, my wife Roni and I have written many elected and appointed bureaucrats,
pleading they not engage in any law/legislation/regulation as pertains to public (federal) property, until they
have demanded - and received the exact acres of land and standing structures federal government considers it owns.
Not one recipient (of our request) has acknowledged.
It is unacceptable for Rep. DeGette, Sen. Udall et al, to push forward with federal controls on property,
until it has made public a detailed survey that shows exactly what federal owns.
It is highly probable said survey will show federal's claim to our land will fall shy several million acres,
compared to what it so arbitrarily, without proof, claims it owns.
The attached map clearly illustrates a plan a non-government/government partnership has for private
properties across the United States.
I'm sure those non-government entities, who drew up this little plan, have been subsidized richly by federal funds.
Why?
It fulfills the designers -whether government or non-government dream of taking control of all land in America.
In looking at said map, I can state with certainty, that much - maybe even most - of the land that's in the plan
falls on private/deeded property; for sure - I see it on my private/deeded property.
I take great objection to my private property being used without my written permission, as someone else's tool
to generate income for themselves.
Therefore, following is my formal request to: The Convention on Biological Diversity, The Wildlands Project, UN and US Man and Biosphere Program, and Various UN, US Heritage Programs, NAFTA , and any other entity that has my property included in their prospectus (includes investor or grant solicitation materials).

"As a private property owner whose property is impact by virtue of your inclusion of it in your materials, please let this serve as my formal demand that you remove (erase, delete) my property from any and all materials you generate.
Furthermore, I demand your removal off my property, property not of my want and that you consider to be yours; includes wolves, feral horses, prairie rats.
Failure to remove said property will result in my exercising my right to handle as I see fit, and impose the appropriate impoundment and disposable fees on you.
I the undersigned am not associated in any manner with your organization(s), and did not give you permission to include my property in your materials.
Whereas the undersigned has no associations with your organization(s), please know that I am to be held harmless, and to be totally exempt from any liabilities what-so-ever, as a result of any representation your organization(s) may or may not have made to any persons as pertains to your master plan."
