Stacy Lynne loses home in Ft. Collins fire June 10, 2012

Ft. Collins, Colorado
June 10, 2012

I just got off the phone with Stacy Lynne as she got out of one of the "Citizen's Meetings" with Larimer County officials. Willing my hands to type this is email is difficult. Stacy and her folks (their homes are very close in Rist Canyon) were told that everything in the area where they live is gone. The fire turned back into the area after it had already burned around homes and most likely got what was spared the first time around.

Please, please, please keep Stacy in your prayers. She has asked me to send this email because she can't repeatedly tell everyone what is happening.

Following is more information on Stacy Lynne. Jeanne Hines

And so. My sweet sweet boy is hardened and angry. He is confused and has already adopted the behavior and characteristics of the abuser he is living with; this is what happens when (especially boys) are not protected from the abuser. Jaden was not prepared to resist such intensely destructive and intentional teachings. He is not home again this weekend when he needs so much peace and love and strength from his mom and his family. The abuser, along with Harmony House's assistance, has violated the court order twice in one month.
The appeal and stay was kicked out this week less than three days after we finally were able, after 150 days of Jaden being in field's larimer county hell, to submit it to the state court of appeals. The court of appeals said that we had to get field to rule within 14 days on the child support issue. What are our chances for field to rule within 14 days? Zip. Nada. Zero. Child support is not at issue, nor is it an appeal point. Eighteen months ago I stated on the court record that I refused to accept any money from the abuser for Jaden. My attorneys are trying to figure out what to do about this bogus refusal to accept the appeal and stay. We wait again.

The burning in my heart and the churning in my stomach is incessant.

And still. I drive miles home to the painful sound of nothing. Jaden should be safe in his bed. There is no child peaceful and near. There is only the terrifying reality that Jaden is being traumatized and I can feel that his aloneness matches mine. Bedtime is a most excruciating time. Nightmares constantly interrupt restless sleep.

So what could possibly exist to be thankful for?

*Well, for one I am listening (loudly!) to a CD that a dear friend sent me in the mail. He was afraid I would not like it and I love it. It's like being filled up with strength and hope and belief and energy without much effort at all. That is exactly what I need right this minute.
*I am reading and re-reading a very touching card from a woman who slipped it into my stack of papers last Saturday night. The verse on the card that I am clinging to tonight...."So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous hand." (Isaiah 41:10) I wonder if anyone else is desperately clinging to something....
*Dad, Mother, Roy, Ginger, Tim, Marc, Becky, Zack, Luke, Keirstan, TJ, Jaden: How did we get here? Unconditional love. I am so blessed to call you my family.
*HCA Moms! Thank you for standing by me and being courageous and for sharing my pain.
*Jeanne. She has invested so many hours in helping us and communicating and sacrificing and risking. And thanks to the medal-winning Marine.
*Sheriff John Cooke in Weld County
*Public Safety Bureau Chief Steve Reams in Weld County
*Officer Ball at the Windsor Police Department
*A special employee inside the system who has seen the light and is taking courageous risks
*Commissioner Lew Gaiter for listening and hearing, seeing and believing, and for being angry about it
*Senator Kevin Lundberg and Senator Tim Neville for doing what they have and can and will
*Judicial Justice
*Anti-Coloradoan Censorship
*The new editor at the Fort Collins Coloradoan: Joshua Awtry
*Dave Hodges, Annie DiRiso, Diana Hunter: wow!
*The men who take those short 10+ mile walks with me when I need to sort it all out and then hold me up and with safety and security accompany me to these horrible and unending meetings
*Dr. Stan Montieth, Michael Shaw and Tom DeWeese for always searching for and telling the truth
*Ellen: she always has my back plus fabulous raw milk for Jaden
*John Weins: for writing Jaden letters that are so meaningful and for the great Home on DeRanged song
*Friend: Brave you are! and that is no Figment of my imagination
*Neighbors from the best neighborhood ever who are so important to Jaden and me
*Feisty Scottish Twins!
*The three women who, for their protection will remain anonymous, were with me tonight as Jaden and I were crushed again by the abuser
*All of the people I have not specifically named for their protection.
*Jaden's friends from HCA and Park Street
*The dads of Jaden's friends who are modeling strength and health for their own children and for Jaden
*Our dear dear friend from Switzerland who has given, given again, and then again.

AND MOST BEAUTIFULLY, I AM THANKFUL FOR HOW DIFFERENT WE ALL ARE: OUR DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES, OUR DIFFERENT VIEWPOINTS, OUR DIFFERENT BELIEFS AND OUR ABILITY TO STAY FOCUSED ON THE GOAL IN SPITE OF SO MANY DIFFERENCES. You are fabulously wonderful.

What is the goal? My supreme goal of course is to bring Jaden home soon. And then! The big picture for me is to bring this system crashing down as quickly as possible so that men and women and children do not have to suffer the unimaginable abuse that is being mercilessly and wickedly shoved upon their hearts and minds and bodies. We can do it together. We have been given a window of opportunity, the blinds have been opened just a crack, and we must keep the light shining through.

Sailing on with love and peace and gratitude and hope and belief. Jaden will come home. We will heal.

Jaden says, "Good always wins Mom". I believe him.

COMMENTS

God bless this woman along with her family. Her victimization by the Agenda 21ers via the courts and now paradoxical nature's wild fire wrath might render many defenseless and emotionally crippled. Stacy appears to rising and enduring like a phoenix from the swirling onslaught that seems to engulf her.

Strong cleansing truth should prevail in the court system but sadly such is often not the case when ideology and money conspire to pervert justice. Thankfully this lady has found her voice and chosen wise allies to champion the battle to retrieve her son.
FYI: the current Ruidoso wildfire's initial origin was probably sparked ahead of a thunderstorm but almost immediately 2 other blazes were set. The firefighters have confirmed arson. Could there be any such malevolent forces loose in Rist Canyon? www.mshollis.com
