During my address "What constitutes Property," a medical doctor and an attorney got into a debate as to whether or not federal government owns land. So I threw out the question to LAW USA Contributing Educators, "Does the federal government own federal land, or do American citizens own the federal land?" I thought federal owned only structures...and that American Citizens actually "own" the land under them.
