Rural Americans should follow this story.

Drakes Bay Oyster Farm is on the front line of the battle to Defend Rural America. It is currently petitioning for a Supreme Court review. It is very important that they win.

Like so many across Rural America, the Drakes Bay battle is characterized by intentionally falsified "science" upon which arbitrary and capricious agency decisions were made, in violation of NEPA. The agencies argue their decisions are not subject to federal judicial review! The Ninth Circuit apparently agrees, but not the Tenth Circuit. In fact, there is a 5-way split across nine different circuits that begs for Supreme Court resolution.

This is the opportunity to resolve major problems.
