Global Warming/Robert Ferguson SPPI

Kassie Siegle's comment that the polar bearing listing determination is a question for scientists is correct, but she puts her faith in lawyers and modelers. The non-peer reviewed modeling papers from the USGS have been shown to be decidedly insufficient, to say nothing of her ignoring biologists. One suspects with ample evidence that Siegel and the NRDC have no real interest in species. For one, it they did they would filing lawsuits to forbid more wind turbines and the dismantling of existing ones like Altamont Pass [1,770 - 4,700 birds per year killed] which annually kill tens of thousands of birds, many of which are protected by state and federal laws so stringent they do not allow the taking or killing of even a single member of the species. Where are those headlines and press releases? Robert Ferguson President, SPPI
