The following is in response to your email to me today (see below). The only thing vulnerable is our unalienable rights which you and all the rest of the green extreme movement have systemically taken from us. CON gress at the federal and state levels are the worst takers of our freedoms and liberties and all our unalienable rights.
You cannot control the weather or the species or take away our unalienable rights. These are given to us by God and are not for sale or for the taking no matter who you are pandering too for reelection. Nevermind the federal government only has jurisdiction over the federal zone, not the states or free state Citizens. The WCU is a green extreme group with no balance, no common sense and no authority to do anything.
The DOI is doing the right thing, FOR A CHANGE, opening up the Alaska continental shelf for drilling. All public lands should be for common sense use including mining and drilling of our natural resources. Technology offers precision drilling and mining just as a modern day surgeon have the tools to perform much more exacting and successful operation. You and the rest of the green extreme movement are living in the past while you try to steal more of our public and private property for unusable habit that is worthless to everyone except eastern elites.
The United Nations, Agenda 21, Sustaining Development and Smart Growth are all unconstitutional elitist programs that are not wanted by the vast majority of natural born and naturalized sovereign free state Citizens. These groups are part of the unelected shadow globalist movement.
Obviously you did not read all of the attachments in my above email proving the polar bear in not endangered. And even if it was, it is not the government's business to extract unconstitutional taxes from free sovereign states and free sovereign state Citizens to fund programs that are clearly unconstitutional.
It is not government's business to decide anything except to protect our fundemental rights. Our natural resources are available to use not to park out. Our natural resources are a gift from God to use, not look at. They are one of the few sources of revenue for the government and private industry that are of benefit for all of us. Montana logs its public lands for revenue for its educational system. This is how natural resources should be used.
Income taxes are unconstitutional. Property taxes are unconstitutional. The 16th Amendment was illegitimately "ratified. As was the 14th Amendment. As was the 17 Amendment. As was the Federal Reserve Act. The original 13th Amendment is missing. Gold and Silver has been eliminated from our monetary system and replaced by fraudulent worthless debt. America is bankrupt all because of CON gress men and women like yourself. You and others like you should be tried for treason for what you have done to free and sovereign Americans and to our once free sovereign states.
I AM NOT CONCENED ABOUT ANY NEGATIVE IMPACT OF MINING AND DRILLING because I have far more trust in modern science extracting these resources prudently than I have over you pandering political fools who have no technical background to do anything right.
The only economical sources of energy available are fossil fuels, coal, oil and gas plus nuclear energy. So called alternative energy sources are political junk science that yield no commercial value outside the green government pig trough. They would not and could not exist in the free market except for green political idiots like you and Senator Murray and Senator Cantwell.
You are the classic reason the Republican party has gone to hell. The extremist on both sides have kidnapped our once Constitutional Republic and turned it into a collective borg of eco-socialism and eco-communism. You are a disgrace to America. I am ashamed to say I voted for you. But I am much older and wiser now. I can say that more and more of the rural and urban property owners and 2nd Amendment people and tax freedom people are growing into a national freedom movement to expose people like you and the selfish green programs you pander too.

Did You Know King County is NOT a government
It is a municipal corporation & a political subdivision of the State of Washington
More states, counties and cities and federal government are becoming corporations
Because they are no longer bound to the Constitution or to the People
232 years later, we have no Constitutional Republic
We have a Cooperative Federalism

Dear Mr. Venrick,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the protection of polar bears. I appreciate the opportunity to respond.
Currently, there are 21,500-25,000 polar bears living in the arctic. More than half of these polar bears live in the Nunavut Territory in Canada. In 2005, the World Conservation Union (WCU) placed the polar bear on the Red List for the first time. The Red List recognizes animals as "vulnerable" species. The WCU predicts a 30% decline in polar bear population over the next 35-50 years. Moreover, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is currently considering listing the polar bear as "threatened" under the Endangered Species Act.
On January 2, 2008, the Department of the Interior (DOI), announced its intention to sell oil and gas leases in the Alaska Outer Continental Shelf Region of the Chukchi Sea, comprising nearly 30 million acres in the Chukchi Sea of Alaska. Less than one week after that announcement, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) announced it would miss a legally required January 9 deadline for making its final decision on whether to list polar bears as "threatened" or "endangered" under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). To date, FWS has yet to make a decision.
In response, on January 17, 2008, Representative Edward Markey (D-MA) introduced H.R. 5058. This bill requires the President to decide if the polar bear is an endangered or a threatened species prior to deciding on the lease of artic land for the drilling of oil. Most recently, on February 6, 2008, the Department of Interior received bids for oil leases in the Chukchi Sea. According to the Department of Interior, companies submitted bids totaling $3.4 billion, with high bids of more than $2.6 billion. Each bid will now go through an evaluation process to ensure the public receives fair market value.
Like you, I am concerned about the negative impact mining and drilling can have on pristine areas of our nation, and I am very concerned about the potential impact these activities could have on polar bears. Since coming to Congress, I have repeatedly opposed drilling in Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) and I will continue to oppose legislation that would open up ANWR for drilling in the future. In fact, I am a cosponsor of legislation, H.R. 39, that would list ANWR as wilderness, permanently banning any development on this land. Rather than drill for oil in pristine wilderness areas, I believe we should focus on alternative fuels, conservation and efficiency. I take our nation's energy concerns very seriously and am working to address them.
Again, thank you for taking the time to get in touch with me. Your interest and input are valued and I hope to hear from you in the future regarding other matters of importance. I encourage you to visit my website and sign up for my monthly e-newsletter at http://reichert.house.gov to learn more about other issues impacting the 8th Congressional District and our nation.
Sincerely,
David G. Reichert
