I received your soliciting mail with a "Ballot" asking for feedback and a contribution to your cause. I would like to share my opinion and research over the last few years on this subject which is based in large part on many others research often over their life time. I am a rural property owner in King County Washington state. We are under enormous illegitimate takings and this has lead me to send out over 700 email reports over the last few years to a growing circle of concerned property owners rural and urban.

I see Your "Ballot" in the mail only includes the choices of a so called "Fair Tax", a "Flat Rate Income Tax" and to keep the current graduated "income" tax.

I have taken some time to put this all together to pass onto a number of the tax "reform" organizations before who are soliciting funding around America, e.g. Americans for Tax Reform, Americans for "Fair" Taxation and yourself National Taxpayer Union, etc. I find your options are not legitimate.

I would like to respectfully offer you the following data below and above for your hopeful enlightenment.

There is a growing grass roots movement across this nation bringing alive new discoveries of the original laws of the land, the organic laws, the common law, the natural law and even God's laws. There have been uncountable takings on many levels. One just the level of private property, we are finding we have been embezzled, extorted, swindled, subverted, sabotaged, deceived, preyed upon, conscripted, stalked and otherwise made war upon using the corrupted laws of the land and the laws of the laws that were set in place to protect private property.

Here is just a few of the points I would like to encourage you to read and research on your own if you can't believe them, which is understandable. This massive taking of our unalienable rights is near unbelievable as much of this goes against everything we have been taught and come to believe. The definitions, meanings and common knowledge of the founding principals of a free society has been thoroughly "lost".

So called flat taxes, fair taxes, sales taxes are excise taxes that cannot be applied to natural born free American state Citizens.

The first point you are missing is that the so called "income" tax is totally unconstitutional & goes against all the natural laws of the land.

The 16th Amendment is totally illegitimate and was never fully ratified and then it was to only apply to profit and gain of legal fiction corporations NOT PRIVATE PROPERTY INCLUDING WAGES.

The U.S. Constitution applies only to the federal government, federal employees and its territories and those people living in the "federal zone".

State Constitution apply only to the state government and those political subdivisions such as counties and cities
The constitutions state and federal are restrictions to government, employees and federal territories NOT state Citizens.
The federal government, state governments and their political subdivisions are for the most part now municipal corporations
have no power or authority to rule over natural born free state Citizens.

The Founding Fathers and the laws of the laws were intended for the states AND the natural born Citizens to be completely free.

In any and certainly in all of the above cases there are NO original laws of the land, no intentions of the Founding Fathers, NO Constitutional law, NO Common law, NO natural law intending or authorizing a forced tax on a natural born free state CITIZEN let along by FORCE as it is today.

Any taking of private property of any kind including wages, homes, land, water on that land, vehicles, etc. is stealing.
Stealing and over taxation by the British and others is the cause of the American Revolution

This has long been established in our certain bundle of unalienable rights long before the America was born.
You cannot trespass upon any natural born free state Citizen including taxing or taking for any reason anyone's private property.

I hope you can start to see how completely debauched our entire system of government has become. This grand deception of the very freedoms this county was built upon has lead to our complete enslavement. This was done in large part by gradualism, positivism, and inattention and laziness of the people coming to rely on it's own "elected" CON..gress to protect them. Plus there were huge forces upon America to take everything She created which ironically came forth from being free. The very freedom which birthed this once great country was systematically preyed upon by others, e.g. foreign central bankers, which has brought Her and US into ruin.

Who can standby and watch another become so incredibly successful through hard work in a completely free system with the gift of God's abundant natural resources? King George could not. One third of the colonists could not and demanded allegiance to the King, one third were opportunists and used which ever side gave them what they demand and one third wanted to be free. Even then only 1% were willingly to fight and die for this precious individual free choice.

Once you come to understand what the meaning of a few basic words really mean, such as freedom, sovereignty, unalienable, etc. a new day with dawn for you and a new age will dawn for America.

We have been totally taken over the last 232 years.

Now, we must totally throw off all the shackles that bind any individual free choice.

Much of this new light which is exposing the extortion of private property, is coming from others who have spent their life time bringing this knowledge on the world wide web to show clearly documented evidence of one of the greatest takings of private property over time in history.
