DeSmog Propaganda

You know how many conversations we've had wherein I've tried illustrating to you why I’m so passionate about what I do (expose lies that surround land and water takings).
Well following my note here, you'll find "Recommendations by DeSmog."
Read it carefully and study my highlighted. This is one good example of many that use such as climate change/global warming as one way to take private property.
Of course after our years of discussions, you're now aware of other methods, like the "send in the spotted owl, polar bear, sage grouse, wolf via bastardization of the Endangered Species Act," used by groups including Defenders of Wildlife, World Wildlife Foundation, Sierra Club and Center for Biodiversity.
You’re also aware as to how they – with the federal government –have to violate the U.S. Constitution and break laws in order to execute their mission.
OK. Onward with DeSmog as an example:
Please note DeSmog's careful hedging of anything science related; broad sweeping claims without back up; zeal for personal conjecture; laden with emotional buzz words; weird tagging of gas industry as "unconventional;" dragging in climate change.
DeSmog uses "precautionary principle" at its best; a great way to shut down domestic resource production.
In other words, these un-elected, no authority entities have risen to power enough to get federal to mandate a resource provider to, "STOP EVERYTHING WHILE WE TAKE YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS TO DO A LOOK SEE INTO YOUR BUSINESS!"
Never forget. Most of these groups are subsidized with federal monies, while those (mostly individuals) they attack have to forgo sending a child to college, buy seed for spring planting, helping an elderly parent, paying orthodontist for child's needed braces and more, because...they are forced to pay for their own defense.
Yes. Individual resource providers throughout the United States are continually forced into paying for their own defense against groups like DeSmog.
Execute rumors and lawsuits on one's property, until your actions have successfully depleted their assets to the extent they have nothing left to defend them with, are tools used by takeover artists to gain control of another's property.
Interestingly enough, I remember some 20 years ago, this was known on Wall Street, as "Green takeovers." Prophetic?
Said groups (and their federal government partner) engage in such actions, as a means to seize control of all Land and Water in America; the end game after all.
And a pretty nifty way to do so without firing a shot I might add.
DeSmog is not timid in focusing on their real drive of being yet another non-elected, gifted authority to force federal mandates upon us.
Most revealing? Their statement: "The federal government, not the states..." Yes. That's right. Take away states’ rights!
I can site many examples of trace backs that will bear out that damages – such as pine bark beetle, horrific forest fires, high price of fuel, loss of income and killing one’s business can be directly attributed to actions by such groups.
Yet, they continue to receive government welfare to steal land and water: a) With your money. b) Without going through the scrutiny of an elective process. c) By breaking the law. d) By lying. e) By violating the U.S. Constitution. f) Without ever being held accountable for their actions. g) And never having to compensate those they damage.
From this layperson/non-scientist/simply common sense observant Mom, please find a few highlighted phrases of their telling buzz words.
Most likely, you'll find many more.
Margret, most importantly, thank you for having interest enough…to care.
Your crazy homemaker, farm girl sister,
Roni

Recommendations by DeSmog:
A national moratorium on hydraulic fracturing for unconventional gas until independent scientific studies are conducted to verify that fracking is not responsible for adverse outcomes on drinking water, public health and the global climate.
The federal government, not the states, should strictly oversee setting and enforcing standards for unconventional gas drilling. Federal oversight of the unconventional gas industry is critical, since the states have not demonstrated the capacity to hold drillers accountable for contamination of water supplies, growing air pollution problems and the potentially devastating climate change implications of fugitive methane and other emissions. Federal agencies should employ existing federal statutes that don’t currently apply to gas drilling, and review the need for any new standards necessary to protect public health and the environment.
Greater scrutiny is needed on common drilling practices such as cementing procedures, wastewater handling and storage of harmful drilling chemicals.
Congress and federal agency officials must immediately require mandatory industry reporting of lifecycle emissions of gas drilling operations to ensure relevant and reliable information is accessible to the public, especially independent experts.
They must also require mandatory disclosure of fracking fluid chemicals, including the exact chemical recipes used in each operation.
A nationwide moratorium on gas fracking is warranted due to:
Drinking water contamination threats – particularly of private wells near fracking operations, as well as municipal sources drawn from waterways impacted by unconventional gas drilling directly and via inadequate fracking wastewater treatment prior to discharge into these waterways.
Uncertainties about the extent of methane emissions and leakage from drilling operations, storage tanks and pipelines carrying gas.
Threats to pristine Western lands such as Colorado's Roan Plateau from unconventional gas drilling.
Questions about the migration of fracking wastewater injected underground in several areas of the country.
If independent scientists ultimately deem resumption of fracking sufficiently safe, DeSmogBlog recommends that federal oversight agencies and state officials require:
Mandatory baseline surface and ground water testing be conducted in surrounding areas prior to exploration and development of fracked gas wells.
Fracking operations should remain suspended until all precautionary safety and capture equipment is deployed at every gas well,
Disaster and emergency response plans submitted and approved by relevant agencies to deal specifically with fracking-related blowouts and other mishaps.
Mandatory reporting of methane leakage and other emissions from gas operations.
Mandatory disclosure of all fracking chemicals used in each operation so that regulators and emergency responders know what is in use at each site at all times.
Beyond these necessary steps to rein in the unconventional gas boom, lawmakers must immediately reconsider their emphasis on promoting unconventional gas for America’s future energy needs – which is, essentially, a commitment to further fossil fuel dependence.
Federal investments of taxpayer dollars must look beyond the 'bridge' temptation and instead focus on the rapid scale-up of truly clean, renewable energy sources. Any federal investment in new unconventional gas infrastructure inherently means diverting dollars that could be better spent transitioning America off fossil fuels permanently.

Margret's response:

Thanks, Roni.
You know that I take my guidelines from you when it comes to issues of land and water.
This is very eye opening.
See you soon, Sis.
