We believe our Stewards of the Land - American Resource Providers, are un-justly forced
to spend more of their hard earned money and time in un-warranted litigations, than any
other profession. Why? Opponants of domestic resource providers sue American farmers,
ranchers, fishermen, loggers, miners et al, to stop their producing, for they want to convert
America's fertile land and natural resources into fallow play grounds.
We recognize and respect other critical things America's Resource Providers contribute to our society:
They grow terrific children and hold some of the last reservoirs of "family values" in America.
They enjoy maintaining safe, steady supplies of domestically generated essential goods.
They recognize domestic provisions of food, fuel and fiber is a matter of national security.
They do these things out of pride and love of their Neighbor, God and Country.
Mountain States Legal Foundation provides free legal service to our deserving stewards, and
we want to contribute towards this commendable effort.
