Representatives Oberstar, Dingell and Ehlers are exceptionally disingenuous regards their claiming this bill is to "reaffirm the original objective of Congress in enacting the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments...HR 5088.

For if in fact that were the truth, they would not have a need for this bill what-so-ever; they would simply enforce the pre-existing.
Its entire contents melt down to: Striking "navigable" waters of United States, and redefining as "waters of the United States." This means - converting navigable into non-navigable.
Their intent? To usurp states rights, and seize control - thereon micro-control - every puddle in America.
For them to waste your paycheck making up a bill that defines your rights to use a puddle in your driveway, from the time it accumulates then eventually disappears... transcends crooked.
Remember: A great con-artist constantly reinvents himself.
The minute this bill is killed, they'll huddle, move parts and words around re-disguise it, and come back at us again.
We must be ever alert.
If this bill is passed, every farmer/rancher/logger/miner/fisherman and energy producer in America, can kiss goodbye, days like the following "Godfrey Ditch's Putting of the Water - in its 140th year!"
Never loose sight of the fact that actions including conservation easements, monument designations, land trusts, clean water acts, roadless, wild and scenic, endangered specie claims (see Polar Bear), most precious jewel ever, anything remotely related to climate change (see cap and trade), free trade (as opposed to "fair" trade), shut down of coal plants and anything Al Gore can't make millions on, tax penalties on any form of natural resource production, alleged need to expand military maneuver sites (while shutting down military bases and giving dates to bring troupes home) and perks/grants/favors to anything that includes the words "sustainable and green," are designed for one reason- and one reason only: To seize control of all land and water in America.
While the "takers" are "extremists and domestic terrorists" who "hate" domestic resource providers, believe me...you'll never find groups like Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), or ACLU going to bat for America's resource providers.
It grieves me deeply to see all the fronts that constantly attack resource providers.
Mother nature who makes climate change, pales next to the annihilative ways of humans who cling with religious fervor to their ideology that man makes climate change.
OK. I stand amended. Man does make the climate change. The "political" climate. Unfortunately for America, they do not use their words so as not to harm another. They instead, use their words to ruin.
We must keep on giving out the truth and facts, while praying enough good people will learn, saddle up along side us, and be a part of saving America.
