Eight years ago, when Roni and her husband Chuck Sylvester started Good Neighbor Law/LandAndWaterUSA.com, they saw a real need for people to learn what constitutes property, and how to defend their property. "Over these past years we've been honored to have nationally known scientists, educators, doctors, lawyers, policy research analysts and more, contribute their works for educational purposes. We have a particular bias towards our 'resource providers;' Cowboys, farmers, loggers, fishermen, miners, ranchers...those good folks who grow our food and provide fuel and fiber."

Roni has experienced, first hand, the cost of federal overreach through un-Constitutional regulations within the boundaries of Colorado.  "We've found and vetted the best and most brutally honest individuals in America. We can call upon them for answers and solutions to any question from the sham of Al Gore's global warming claim, to water, BLM, Forest Service, EPA, DOI, NEA, and so forth.”

"We have complete control of our guns.
Any questions?"

species, feral hogs and feral horses.

Tell me your stories. I need to know. Thank you

Roni and her team know how to use our Statutes, State and U.S. Constitutions to rein in the federal government!

Roni is an independent thinker and doer. "In other words, I'm a Bunch Quitter! My bias is held in pure truth and facts! Give me the truth and facts, I'll help you solve the problem! If you are treated un-fairly, I’ll seek equality and justice for you!”

Back in 1976, Roni was a one woman bandwagon in Denver when she was pregnant with her last child (she has 4 children). She collected anti-busing signatures. "I thought it un-conscionable we had a government engaging in some weird color-coding of society, thinking somehow that translated to better education for some.

After one of my neighbor's heard my pitch, he dropped his head and teared up as he signed on saying, "Roni. I've worked hard all of my life to get out of the ghetto. Now they want to bus my children back into the ghetto."’
