I will revive your consciousness on how our U.S. Constitution guarantees your right to acquire and enjoy property. Whether urban or rural, we share a tie through owning property:

“To own property is the very foundation of your life, liberty and pursuit of happiness!”

Private Property: None of the gubernatorial candidates have the understanding of our Statutes and Constitutions to the extent they know where Federal does belong, and where it doesn’t belong. If Governor Hickenlooper understood this, then the question should be, “Why haven’t you protected Coloradoans? Can’t you see how unconstitutional Federal overreach is a job killer that hurts our economy?”

I know what constitutes private property and will defend your private property!

A governor has the unique authority to remove any entity within the borders of his or her state that is acting outside enumerated powers engaging in un-lawful actions etc.. I will work closely with our County Sheriffs and Commissioners to exercise this authority and protect the citizens of Colorado!

I will identify each and every area Federal acts outside its defines, and cleanly kick it out!

Water: Water is the lifeblood of each living human on earth! I don’t know of a single soul who doesn’t use water! I will reaffirm the beneficial use of water as a vested property right.

Agriculture: Agriculture is Colorado’s most reliable economic base! We must be extremely careful as to how we shift water around, for we never want to jeopardize our Agricultural base. In addition to the ancillary income multiplier production acreage brings to a community, the ability for us to feed ourselves is a matter of national security! City planners will be encouraged to incorporate Baseline Acre Production (BAP).

Unions: I’m on record as to my work on Right to Work for Colorado. Being a clearly defined Right to Work state is the cheapest incentive there is - to attract jobs. I do though, understand those who find comfort in belonging to a union. No one should be denied the right to be a part of a union. I respect unions that are civil and do no harm to non-union entities.

Consumers: I’m 100% let the consumer decide! If a consumer doesn’t need, like, can’t afford a product, or the product makes them sick, the consumer is smart and will quickly make sure that company goes out of business! If government chooses to continue to be a venture capitalist and put taxpayer dollars into risky green energy etc. ventures, then it should be held to the laws of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Energy production: Our farm is an epicenter as to how agriculture, livestock, energy production, residential, industrial and two sources of water can incorporate, complement one another, and thrive. No state should be denied use of its natural resources - period!

Civil Unions:  We have a duty to enforce pre-existing laws, for they protect each individual equally.  Neither God’s creation of ones gender, nor one’s own declarative as to where they believe they fall on the gender spectrum, should never be a determining factor as to how law should be applied.

We are all “equal under the law.”

Hospitals, wills etc. are bound by law to honor whomever one designates, regardless the relationship. For any government policy to get engaged in the singling out of an individual based on how they define themselves, is outside government’s constitutional defines, un-necessarily places further financial burden on taxpayers, and initiates a slippery slope of bias while vanishing “equality” under law.

Judges are held to prejudice towards evidence and not come down on - or treat lightly- any crime.

Respective of Gay Marriage: The genesis of the word Marriage is the Bible. It’s far more appropriate and doable to remove the word Marriage from government materials (includes income taxation), than to launch a re-write of God’s word.
Whosoever wants to marry, should look to their church and the ecumenical counsel, not government.

Each time government steps outside its enumerated defines, it costs taxpayers money; and that's just plain wrong!

I’m for “using one’s own so as not to harm another.” And in the case of legislating God’s word, it’s impossible to do so without harming taxpayers…in a myriad of ways.

Abortion: I’m against abortion because I do not believe any human has higher authority than God.

The only reason abortion is dragged into the political arena, is because taxpayers are forced to pay for them via a government that plays God each time it funds an abortion. This is no different than forcing a person into being an un-willing accomplice to assisted death.  As governor, I will demand an exact accounting of Colorado taxpayer money that has gone to abortions and demand the recipient refund Colorado for past depletions. Furthermore, said identified money will be stopped posthaste, and not one more cent will come out of Coloradoans for abortions.

I’m for “using one’s own so as not to harm another.”  In the case of artificially induced abortion, it’s impossible to do so without harming the unborn child.

This is another area that government butts into that’s outside its enumerated defines. A governor has the authority to stop any government action that’s outside its enumerated defines within a state.

Marijuana: Am still consulting with doctors and scientists on medically prescribed, and presently oppose legalization of recreational marijuana. Should my opposition bear out I’m infringing on ones right to kill themselves, I will lift my opposition.  In the case of Colorado’s run on legalization and subsequent collection of taxes, until such time my research and robust debate between scholars determines further direction,  I will demand all tax monies collected stay in state and be put in escrow to pay for all associated medical/criminal costs that are born from marijuana use. No non-marijuana using Coloradoan should have to pay for another’s use.

I’m for “using one’s own so as not to harm another. In the case of legalization of marijuana, it’s impossible to use it without harming yourself, and likely another.

Education: Beverly Eakman is a foremost expert on education. She’s done tremendous work in documenting the downfall of public education; but better yet, she offers substantive solutions. I completely agree with her stand on Common Core: “Common Core is the last nail in the coffin of education. It’s a deculturalization process! It’s a closed loop parents can’t see; data mining on steroids…” said Beverly. I will consult with Beverly and other experts to reverse this educational decline.

Obamacare: It’s against my doctor’s orders to comment on this, for my blood pressure sky rockets!

Gun Control: We, the citizens, are in complete control of our guns. Any questions?
