Contributions made to RoniForColorado are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, and non-U.S. citizens are prohibited. Contributions from lobbyists and their principals when the General Assembly is in regular session are prohibited. Contributions from eligible partnerships and limited liability companies must be allocated among partners and LLC members. State law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation and employer of contributors. Contributions are limited to $1,100 per person, $1,100 per political committee and $11,350 per small donor committee and are subject to the applicable restrictions of Colorado Constitution Article XXVIII and the Colorado.
